Cancellation Terms

Cancellation fees depend on how much notice has been given before your arrival date and if we have a chance to resell the cancelled dates.


Cancellations must be made by e-mail to info@amsterdamstay .com and a confirmation of the cancellation will then be sent to you. If you do not receive confirmation, then your cancellation may not have been received. It is the Client’s responsibility to ensure receipt of their cancellation.


Cancellation terms in most cases are:


  • With less than 6 days notice before your arrival date: 100% of the total remaining balance
  • With less than 255 days notice before your arrival date: 50% of the total remaining balance

If the policies for a particular apartment differ from the above, these will be stated on the apartment page


Please note that the booking deposit is non-refundable under any circumstance.

As well as having exclusive access to your very own private double room, guests will also benefit from excellent immaculate communal areas. This is including a shared fully fitted kitchen and tidy bathroom area.

We will fully prep your room ahead of arrival by providing premium bed linen and ensuring all aspects of the property is in an exceptional standard.

The room will come with a 3 pin plug socket to charge your devices on the go as well as have a window overlooking the east side of London.

There's many bus routes along Whitechapel High Street that will take you to Liverpool Street, Bethnal Green & Canary Wharf.

Meanwhile Whitechapel station is a short walking distance away from the property benefiting you to travel conveniently in zone 2 henceforth saving you money and time.

If you have a car off street permit parking is available but it's best to travel by public transport to take advantage of cheap travel and many iconic spots.
