This gorgeous 2 bedroom 1 bathroom apartment is situated in a spoilt for choice area. The modern apartment is located on level 7 of an apartment building looking out onto the ocean!
The apartment includes a spacious kitchen, wonderful views, a lounge and dining area and amenities.
As you walk through the door you are immediately greeted by the open space that includes the kitchen, the dining area and the lounge area. All of which have an amazing view on both the city and the beach from the glass windows that surround the open space of the apartment. The kitchen is a sleek modern space filled with everything you should need. The kitchen is fitted with a stove, oven and sink. There is also a bar in the middle of the kitchen, giving you more than enough space to cook. Numerous amenities are included for your benefit, such as an expresso machine, a microwave and a dishwasher. As you walk through into the dining area you can see a table that could sit 6 people comfortably. The lounge area is equipped with a comfortable L shaped couch, a bean bag and a smart T.V.
As you walk down the hall you will find the bathroom. Inside you will find a shower, toilet, sink and cupboard space to put your toiletries.
Further down is the first bedroom. Inside there is a queen size bed, bedside table on each side, cupboard space and fan. A view of the city can be seen from the windows inside the room. There is also a day bed fitted in this room for your comfort. In the second bedroom there is a double bed, a bedside table and some drawer spaces. There is also a city view in the second bedroom as well.
There is a balcony equipped with two lounge chairs and an ocean view, a lovely space to sit with your morning coffee. Inside the apartment block are car spaces for guests, it is a first in best dressed car park.
There is a café around the corner called Frankie’s that is a great place for breakfast or even just coffee. Numerous other cafes and restaurants are to be found along the beach, or inside St Kilda central.
The number 96 Tram is located on Canterbury Rd which is about a 12-minute walk from the apartment itself. This tram can take you into the city (about a 30-minute ride), to Luna Park and to the Esplanade, which is a street filled with lots of different restaurants, cafes and shops.
